The view of the Nerang River was stunning, and the spacious rooms offered good potential, but I was really let down by the dated decor and cleanliness issues. The location was decent, just a short walk to the beach, but several amenities were lacking. Overall, I expected more from a serviced apartment.

Rooms
5.0
The apartments are spacious with a large kitchen and big fridge, but they felt tired and unclean. I had to wash the utensils before using them.
Service
5.0
The reception wasn't really helpful when I asked for things like a hairdryer or extra supplies. It felt like they were just focused on charging for everything, like toilet rolls.
Location
7.0
The location was great, just a quick stroll to the beach and close to food outlets, making it easy to explore.
Dining
5.0
There were limited dining options nearby, but I did manage to grab some breakfast from local spots, which was convenient.
Facilities
6.0
The pool and spa area were nice, but overall, the apartment amenities felt worn and neglected.

I had a mixed experience at Silverton Apartment Resort. The location was great, close to the beach and other attractions, and the view from my apartment was lovely. However, the apartment itself was quite dated, with mismatched furniture and cleanliness issues that detracted from my stay.

Rooms
5.0
The apartment was basic and showed signs of wear, with furniture that felt like it belonged in a garage sale. It wasn't sparkling clean and had a dusty feel, which was disappointing considering I was looking for a comfortable place to relax. Additionally, the appliances were old, and there was a notable lack of kitchen essentials, leading to a below-average experience.
Service
5.0
Service at the front desk was hit or miss; while they were able to accommodate my request to stay near family, they weren't very responsive regarding maintenance issues. I also felt ignored when I requested extra blankets that never arrived. Overall, staff seemed overwhelmed but were friendly enough.
Location
8.0
The location was definitely a plus. It was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants, making it easy for my family to explore the area. The peaceful view of the Nerang River was a nice touch, particularly from the higher floors.
Dining
5.0
I didn't use any dining facilities at the resort, so I can't comment on that aspect. The kitchen was minimally equipped, so I preferred to eat out rather than try to prepare meals.
Facilities
6.0
The pool area was clean and quiet, perfect for a family hit of tennis every day. However, the overall condition of common areas like hallways could use improvement since they felt neglected and uninviting.

I had a mixed experience at Silverton Apartment Resort. The location was fantastic, with beautiful views of the Nerang River, and my room was spacious and comfortable. However, the staff's lack of responsiveness was frustrating, and the facility could use some updates. Overall, it was a pleasant stay but not without its issues.🌊🏨

Rooms

The two-bedroom apartment was spacious and had lovely views, but the ensuite bathroom needed repairs and paint. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the carpets and issues with the air conditioning.
Service
5.0
The staff seemed uninterested in helping, especially when I needed assistance with arranging my airport shuttle. Despite being friendly at times, my requests went largely ignored.
Location
8.0
The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach and close to many restaurants and attractions. I appreciated being within walking distance of Cavill Ave.
Dining
7.0
While I didn't dine on-site, the variety of restaurants in the area was impressive, making it easy to find great places to eat.
Facilities
7.0
The pool and spa area were lovely, and while I didn't get to use them, they seemed well-maintained. The gym and BBQ area were nice touches too.

5.0/10

My stay at Silverton Apartment Resort was quite disappointing, overshadowed by cleanliness and maintenance issues. The spacious layout of the apartment was a nice touch, but the dated furnishings and poor upkeep left much to be desired. The location was convenient, close to the beach and local amenities, which was a definite plus.

Rooms
5.0
The apartment was spacious but marred by cleanliness issues like stained cushions and a foul smell. The decor felt outdated with marked walls and rusty dining chairs.
Service
5.0
Staff were polite and attentive, but the after-hours service was lacking. I had to wait an hour for a foldaway bed delivery, which added to my frustration.
Location
6.0
The location was great, just a five-minute walk to the beach and right on the bus line. However, noise from nearby bars and ongoing renovations detracted from the experience.
Dining
5.0
Cooking facilities were adequate, although I encountered issues like missing items in the kitchen. The overall cleanliness of the dining area was not up to standard.
Facilities
5.0
Some amenities, like the pool, were attractive, but maintenance was lacking elsewhere. The lack of functional air conditioning was frustrating.

The location was great and very convenient for exploring the area, though the overall state of the apartment left much to be desired. The cleanliness issues and outdated facilities made the stay quite unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend it for the price charged.

Rooms
5.0
Unfortunately, the apartment was in a terrible state upon arrival. with old and worn furniture, dirty bathroom tiles, and a strong unpleasant smell. The neglected condition made it feel poorly maintained.
Service
5.0
While the staff was not overtly rude, their lack of urgency in addressing our issues was disappointing. It felt like we were talking to someone who didn’t care about our concerns.
Location
5.0
The location near the river was lovely and well-situated to access local attractions, which was a definite plus for our trip. but that alone cannot justify the experience.
Dining
5.0
We didn’t dine at the resort, but the accessibility to nearby restaurants was good. It would have been better if we could have prepared meals in a cleaner environment.
Facilities
5.0
The shared facilities, like the pool, were undergoing maintenance. and overall, many amenities felt outdated and didn't offer the level of comfort I expected.
